Small Footprint System for a 2022 Mercedes Sprinter

To accommodate for a future slide-out bed system, this client requested that their electrical system fit into the smallest possible footprint in the rear passenger side of the van. We were able to achieve this using an aluminum extrusion frame, and 3D printed mounts custom printed for the job. In addition, an extendible, coiled cord was incorporated to use for a slide-out cooler. This system was designed with expandability in mind, and includes 6 extra DC circuits for future appliances, and large gauge wiring to deliver enough power for a 12 volt water heater. Despite it’s small physical size, this is a very robust system that includes:

• 300 Ah LiFePO4 Battery

• 3000W Inverter

• 30A Solar Charger

• 30A Alternator Charger

• Bluetooth Battery and System Monitoring
